What an amazing way to see the bay of islands, you get to see the beauty of the bay. Remy was a very knowledgeable pilot and the office staff here is just lovely. Do it!
Fly/Drive is a must for all! Cape Reinga is in such an isolated area and takes about 3 hours each way from Paihia, with not much in between and almost no accommodations. This option allowed us to combine an incredible scenic flight with continuous guided air tour for 45 enjoyable minutes, followed by a full tour of the highlights of Cape Reinga. It is absolutely worth the splurge and offers an unparalleled experience!!
