Such an insulting behavior from the Pit Stop Whangarei Team. Never experienced anything like this before in New Zealand. As a customer, I have the right to get quote from multiple mechanics and go for the best and cheapest options that works for me. That is common sense. However, Pit stop team just teased me for that.
I was told that my Nissan Navara requires a service every 5000km and this when I phone for quote on exhaust repair. He was more interested in fishing who does my services instead of the problem I was phoning for.
