I managed to run over a large piece of wood on our rural driveway on my way to take the kids to daycare. I couldn't see anything underneath, but it made enough noise that I went to the nearest car repair place to see if they could take a look. They said it looked like some clips had come off the undercarriage of the car, and although they didn't have the clips, the panel beater down the road likely would. I made my way to LB Collision Repair and asked in the reception if anyone might be able to help me with some clips. Stuart came out to take a look, and after several attempts to find the right clip, sent me on me way, and refused payment. The next day, I noticed a similar rattle, but on the opposite side. Seems the other clip was missing too :( I came back in, tail between my legs, and sure enough, Stuart came out and fixed the missing clip in no time flat. After all this hassle, I was more than happy to pay SOMETHING, but again, Stuart refused and sent me on my way. It's this kind of community care and spirit that warms my heart and fills me with gratitude.. Even though I didn't have any major damage to my car, when, and if, I ever need a panel beater, you can bet that this is where I will be going. Thank you, LB Collision Repair Centre....You made this Mum's day!

Excellent service and communication! I had quite a large job to have done after being sideswiped, I was kept up to date through out the whole time my car was being repaired and they had it back to me a day earlier than predicted. My car looks as good as new now, thanks!
