BEWARE: Price gouging, only offering the most expensive flight change to my father when they could have offered alternative solutions such as forfiet the return flight and just book another, instead of over $1500 in fees and charges this solution would be $600, this was for exactly the same flight That’s $900 difference, Not impressed at all and this was from the store team leader. My father has been a regular user also so baffled that they would do this to him.
